JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: First claimant: Ms Costelloe[1]The first claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the period July 2024 of £583.90.[2]The respondent shall pay the first claimant £583.90 which is the gross sum deducted. The parties are responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance payments.[3]The first claimant’s complaint of unfair (constructive) dismissal is not wellfounded and is dismissed. Second claimant: Ms Bradley[4]The second claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in the period around July 2024 of £524.38. Case No: 2224597/2024 & 2204598/2024[5]The respondent shall pay the second claimant £524.38 which is the gross sum deducted. The parties are responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance payments. Approved by
