JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent to the proceedings is amended to Green Retail White City Limited.[2]The complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded.[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant compensation of £1,435.75. If the Respondent makes any deduction from this sum on account of income tax or National Insurance contributions, it shall(a) pay the same to HMRC; and(b) provide the Claimant with a written calculation showing what has been deducted.
