JUDGMENT

The unanimous judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:(1) The Claimant’s complaint she was discriminated against contrary to section 18 of the Equality Act 2010 when between 3 May 2022 and 14th July 2022, the Respondent failed to consult the Claimant regarding the removal of part of her role succeeds. In addition, the Tribunal grants a just and equitable extension in relation to this complaint.(2) The rest of the Claimant’s complaints fail and are dismissed. REMEDY JUDGMENT The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the following: Head of Compensation Amount Injury to feelings £5,250 Interest £1,518.90 Total £6,768.90 Approved by:
