[1]The claimant’s dismissal was discrimination arising from disability contrary to s15 of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The claim for failure to make reasonable adjustments is not upheld.[3]The claimant is awarded £24,800.36 which was calculated as follows:a. Net loss of earnings March – May 2024 after deduction of Universal Credit and notice pay = £2,744.94b. 25% of net loss of earnings from June – August 2024 = £632.75c. 8% interest on past financial loss from termination to calculation date = £153.25d.
