JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s complaints for a failure to make reasonable adjustments and the claimant’s complaint of discrimination arising from disability in relation to the extension of her probation period were presented out of time and it was not just and equitable to extend time. The tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear those complaints and they are therefore dismissed. If the tribunal had had jurisdiction to hear those complaints, they would all have failed.[3]The claimant’s two remaining complaints of discrimination arising from disability both fail.
