JUDGMENT
It is the judgment of the tribunal that contrary to Section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the respondent has made unlawful deductions from the wages of the claimant in the sum of £5,667.69 which sum the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant. This sum reflects:(a) £1,153.85 unpaid wages for the period 14th December 2023 until 2nd January 2024;(b) £2,423.08 unpaid wages for the period 3rd January 2024 until 31st January 2024;(c) £230.76 for two days accrued but untaken holiday accrued during January 2024; and(d) £1,500.00 for unpaid bonus.
