JUDGMENT
On hearing Ms E Bacon, trade union representative, on behalf of the Claimant and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Respondent, the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded.(2) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant a compensatory award in the sum of £10,705.07 based on loss of earnings of £10,205.07 and loss of statutory rights valued at £500.1(3) The recoupment provisions apply. The statutory particulars are as follows: (a) Total award: £10,705.07 (b) Prescribed element (‘PE’): £ 4,923.00 (c) Period of PE: 5 December 2023 to 4 June 2024 (d) Difference between (a) and (b): £5,282.07
