JUDGMENT
[1]The following complaint of direct race discrimination is struck out: From December 2022, Mr Jas Baweja criticised and demotivated the claimant in the following ways:(i) Constant criticism of the claimant and the claimant did not get credit for work she had done;(ii) After the claimant made a complaint and request to change line management in June 2023, Mr Baweja’s treatment of the claimant worsened. He constantly attacked her and tried to make her leave the firm.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints will proceed to a final hearing starting on 8 June 2026.
