JUDGMENT
(1) The claim for redundancy pay succeeds in a sum to be decided.REASONS
(1) The claim was issued in the London Central Employment Tribunals on 17 April 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.(2) The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s redundancy pay.(3) The claimant is requested to provide a calculation of his redundancy pay with supporting evidence within 7 days.(4) The hearing listed on 25 July 2024 will be converted to a remedy hearing. This hearing may not be required if a judge is satisfied that he can make a decision based on the papers.(5) Claim for unlawful deduction from wages is brought out of time and is dismissed.
