JUDGMENT

[1]The claim was issued in the Central London Employment Tribunals on 12 April 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules.[2]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £6,171.28 gross (comprising £3,011.52 pay in lieu of notice, £184.01 accrued holiday pay and £2,975.75 wages for February 2024) LESS a deduction of £1,500 already paid by the respondent.[4]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4,517.28.
