JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages when she failed to pay the Claimant for 10 hours work on each of 15 January 2024, 24, January 2024, 31 January 2024 and 14 February 2024 and for 4 hours work on 8 January 2024, at £10.42 gross per hour.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £375.12 gross on account of these unlawful deductions from wages, which it will do by paying the appropriate net sum, having accounted to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum .
