[1]The complaint of unlawful deductions from wages is well founded. The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from wages in the period July to December 2023.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant:2.1 The sum of £1540.98 in respect of pension deductions made in the period July to December 2023.2.2 The sum of £10,000. In respect of salary in the period November and December 2023.[3]The above sums are gross sums. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
