JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint in respect of the refusal of a flexible working request was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The complaint in respect of the refusal of a flexible working request is therefore dismissed.[2]The claimant was a disabled person as defined by section 6 Equality Act 2010 because of anxiety, since September 2020.[3]The claimant was a disabled person as defined by section 6 Equality Act 2010 because of a sleeping disorder since 2019.[4]The relevant period is from 14 January 2020 to 8 December 2023.[5]At the relevant times the claimant was not a disabled person as defined by section 6 Equality Act 2010 because of a repetitive strain injury to his shoulder, high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
