REASONS
[1]On 16 May 2024 the Tribunal made case management orders. The Claimant has not complied with those orders, and the Respondent has applied for an order striking out the claim.[2]On 27 June 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant stating that Employment Judge Adkin was considering striking out the claim because the Claimant had not complied with the case management orders and because the claim was not being actively pursued. The Claimant was directed to give any reasons why this should not be done, or to request a hearing, by 3 July 2024. No reply to that letter from the Claimant has been received.[3]The claim has therefore been struck out.[4]The hearing due to commence on 19 November 2024 will not now take place.
