JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay) are well founded.[2]The Respondent’s employer’s contract claim is dismissed.[3]The Respondent shall pay compensation to the Claimant as follows:3.1 For unfair dismissal: £115,115.00.3.2 For breach of contract: £25,000.3.3 If the Respondent makes any deduction from the above payments in respect of Income Tax or National Insurance contributions, it must provide the Claimant with a written statement showing the calculation of such deductions and confirming that payment has been made to HMRC.[4]Pursuant to rule 74(2)(a) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, the employment judge being satisfied that the Respondent has acted unreasonably in the way that the proceedings have been conducted, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant £20,000.00 in respect of costs.
