JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unlawful deductions from wages in respect of the monies owed from June 2023 was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. The claim is therefore dismissed.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of the wages due in January 2024 is well-founded. The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages in the period 1-21 January 2024.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £2200, which is the gross sum deducted. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
