[1]The claimant was ordered by Employment Judge Hodgson in a Case management Order dated 10 July 2024 to provide further information in relation to his claim, it being ordered that unless he did so by 23 July 2024 his claim would be struck out without any further warning or order.[2]The claimant did not provide any of the information ordered and has not corresponded with the Tribunal or the respondent to provide an explanation.[3]In the circumstances the claim is struck out for failure to comply with the Unless Order.[4]The hearing on 25 October 2024 will not take place.
