The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 20 November 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because(1) The claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 5 March 2024;(2) The claim had not been actively pursued;(3) It was no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim because in the absence of the information ordered by the Tribunal on 5 March 2024 or any other directions having been complied with there is insufficient time for the respondent properly to prepare for the 6 day final hearing due to commence on 16 December 2024.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 16 December 2024 will not take place.
