JUDGMENT
(1) The judgment of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal was presented out of time so that it does not have jurisdiction to hear it. The tribunal is satisfied that it was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented within the normal time limit and in any event the claim was not presented within any such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable.(2) Further to the Tribunal’s order of 25 September 2024, the claimant has not made any application to amend his claim to include any particulars of any discrimination claims in order to pursue any discrimination claims.(3) The claim is dismissed.
