JUDGMENT
(1) All claims against the Second Respondent and Third Respondent are dismissed upon withdrawal.(2) The Claimant was an employee of the First Respondent within the meaning of section 230(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 until termination of his employment on 14 August 2023.(3) The following complaints are well founded and the First Respondent shall pay the Claimant £9,985.37 comprised of the following:a. Wrongful dismissal (one week’s notice pay) £826.66;b. Failure to pay holiday pay accrued but untaken at termination pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998 £3,909.96;c. Unauthorised deductions from wages pursuant to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 £2,676.75; - 1 - Case Number: 2215122/2023d. Failure to provide a statement of initial particulars of employment pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (4 weeks’ pay) £2,572.00.
