(1) The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed given that the claimant did not have sufficient jurisdiction pursuant to section 108 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.(2) The complaint of disability discrimination is struck out on the basis that it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing pursuant to section 37(1)(e) of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 ("the Rules").REASONS
