JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant was an employee of the Respondent within the meaning of section 230(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 until the termination of his employment on 11 August 2023. Unfair Dismissal and Redundancy

[2]The Claimant’s unfair dismissal and redundancy claims are dismissed.

[3]The following claims are well founded, and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant £14,381.88 comprised of the following:a. Wrongful Dismissal (two weeks notice pay): £1422;

b. Unauthorised deduction of wages pursuant to 23(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996: £2783.08;

c. Failure to pay holiday pay accrued but not taken at termination pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998: £7604.80;

d. Failure to provide a statement of initial particulars of employment pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (4 weeks pay): £2572.
