[1]The correct respondent to the claim is Duck & Champagne Limited.[2]The claim is accepted out of time as it was not reasonably practicable to present it within time.[3]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period 27 January 2023 to 31 March 2023.[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2920.77, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
