JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has presented a response to the claim in which it has confirmed that no part of the claim is contested. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the claimant’s complaints of unlawful deduction from wages succeed.[2]An award of £12,763.14 is made, payable by the respondent to the claimant. This comprises:a. £11,105.48 (gross) (being unpaid salary and bonus for the period from May - August 2023 inclusive);b. £1,200 (gross) (being unpaid pension contributions for the period from March – August 2023 inclusive); andc. £457.66 (net) (being unpaid private medical costs).[1]The respondent has presented a response to the claim in which it has confirmed that no part of the claim is contested. This comprises unpaid salary and bonus for the period from May - August 2023 inclusive.[3]The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s complaints in relation to unpaid pension contributions and unpaid private medical costs and they are dismissed.[4]This judgment is a variation to the judgment sent to the parties on 8 November 2023, which the parties agreed should be reconsidered and varied as set out above.
