[1]The claim appears to be a duplicate of claim no. 2201611/2024 in which the claimant obtained judgement against his employer.[2]A hearing on 10 December 2024 was postponed by Employment Judge Bunting when neither side appeared, and relisted for 11 February 2025.[3]The claimant has been asked to say whether this claim is not a duplicate, and warned that if he does not reply the claim will be dismissed.
