[1]By a letter dated 10 March 2025 Employment Judge B Smith gave the named claimants an opportunity to make representations to why their claims should not be struck out because their claims have not been actively pursued.[2]Employment Judge B Smith gave the claimants 7 days to respond. The claimants have failed to respond. They have failed to set out in writing why their claims should not be struck out and they have failed to request a hearing. Their claim are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing on 7 April 2025 will proceed only in respect of the remaining claimants.
