JUDGMENT
By consent, it is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]In respect of the claim for notice pay, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the agreed gross sum of £1,200;[2]In respect of unpaid wages, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the agreed gross amount of £171.25, made up of an overtime payment of £12.50, a commission payment of £8.75, and for 6 hours worked amounting to £150.[3]It was agreed that the total gross sum of £1,371.25 will be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant within 14 days.
