The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]At a case management hearing held on 23 March 2023, the Claimant was ordered to provide further and better particulars of her claim by 6 April 2023. She was warned in the order that if she did not do so, it was likely her claim would be struck out without a further hearing.[2]The claimant had failed to attend the case management hearing, but it had proceeded in her absence of reasons set out on the case management order.[3]The claimant has failed to comply with the order. She had not written to either the respondent or the tribunal to explain why.[4]I have therefore decided that her claim should be struck out under rule 37(1)(d) as she is failing to actively pursue it.[5]The hearing that was due to take place on 18 May 2023 will be cancelled.
