[1]The claim for automatic unfair dismissal under S103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (the ERA) fails and is dismissed.[2]The claim for an unauthorised deduction from wages under S 13 of the ERA succeeds and the Claimant is awarded the gross sum of £3877.94. The Claimant is responsible for accounting for all tax payable on this sum.REASONS
