JUDGMENT
The parties having agreed at the start of the hearing that: A) the Claimant was entitled to £979 in respect of accrued but untaken holiday at the end of her employment; B) £100 was properly deducted from this amount to account for monies owed by the Claimant to the Respondent; the judgment of the Tribunal as regards the further deductions made by the Respondent which reduced the Claimant’s last payment of wages to zero, is as follows:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is not well-founded and is dismissed.
