Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 and correspondence from the claimant, Employment Judge Webster has decided that a determination of the claim on liability can properly be made without a hearing.[3]Accordingly, the claim for unauthorised deductions from wages succeeds.[4]The remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing on 23 June 2023. __________________________ Employment Judge Webster 20.06.2023[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from wages is well-founded and succeeds to the extent that the Claimant is entitled to a declaration that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages amounting to £2,000.00 net.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,000.00 net.
