JUDGMENT
On hearing Mr T Welch, counsel, on behalf of the Respondent, and there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Claimant, the Tribunal determines that:(1) The Claimant not having been continuously employed by the Respondent for not less than two years at the date of dismissal, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider his complaint of unfair dismissal and it is accordingly dismissed.(2) The balance of the claims contained in the Claimant’s claim form, if and in so far as they were intended to stand as legal claims, are not well-founded and are accordingly dismissed.(3) The Respondent’s purported employer’s contract claim and application for costs are stayed until further order.
