JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaints of direct race discrimination and harassment related to race having been withdrawn by the Claimant, are dismissed pursuant to Rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well founded. The claimant was unfairly dismissed. Case Number 2210782/2023 2[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal to be determined at a remedy hearing, if not agreed.
