JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints of race discrimination in respect of the failure to appoint the Claimant to the Team Leader role in September 2014 and to the Stock Compliance Manager role by 19 July 2015.[2]The complaints of direct race discrimination in respect of the failure to appoint the Claimant to the full-time role and his application for unpaid annual leave are not well-founded.[3]The Claimant is to pay £2,500 towards the Respondent’s costs.
