[1]The claimant did not attend the case management hearing on 10 May 2023 and did not provide reasons for her absence. All reasonable and practicable enquiries were made by the Tribunal to determine the reason for the claimant’s absence, and none were discovered. Therefore, in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, all of claimant claims as presented in her claim form dated 6 December 2022, namely discrimination on grounds of disability, unfair dismissal, non-payment of notice pay and other payments, are hereby dismissed.
