JUDGMENT
(1) The judgment upon withdrawal issued on 8 February 2023 under rule 52 of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, Schedule 1 ("the Rules") by legal officer Gabriella Sera-Goulden is revoked.(2) The Respondent sought shall pay the Claimant:a. £4,058.38 for notice pay and payment in lieu of accrued but on taken holiday pay, less required deductions for tax and National Insurance contribution; and,b. £15,313.95 free of tax as compensation for termination of employment, which includes a statutory redundancy payment.(3) There is no order as to costs.
