JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorized deductions from the claimant’s wages in the sum of £1361.77 gross.[2]The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1361.77 under section 24 Employment Rights Act 1996. This sum is awarded gross of statutory deductions.[3]The respondent wrongfully dismissed the claimant.[4]The respondent is therefore ordered to pay the claimant two weeks’ notice pay, being 490.58. This sum is awarded net of statutory deductions.[5]Accordingly, the total the respondent must pay the claimant under this judgment is £1853.35.
