The judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claim of direct race discrimination under section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 (EqA) was not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. The claim is therefore dismissed.[2]The claim of detriment pursuant to S.48(1A) (protected disclosure) was not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so.
