JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2024, is as set out below.[3]The respondent has unlawfully failed to pay the claimant’s salary and holiday pay between the 24th February 2023 and the 7th April 2023 totalling £1,426.20.[4]Accordingly, the Tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,426.20 and account to HMRC for any Tax and National Insurance that may be due on this sum.
