[1]All of the Claimant’s claims are struck out on the following grounds:a. Non-compliance with the Order to provide further particulars of the Claimant’s claim as set out in paragraph 8 of the Case Management Order of Employment Judge Nash dated 18th August 2023, despite two strike out warnings sent to the Claimant by Employment Judge Nash on 6th October 2023 and 12th October 2023, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(c) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure; and, Claim No. 2209539/2023b. That the Tribunal considers that it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing in respect of the Claimant’s claims, pursuant to Rule 37(1)(e) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure. 27th October 2023
