[1]The Claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction from wages and breach of contract are partially well founded and upheld and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £4,153.71, this is calculated as follows: unlawful deduction from wages (May 2023 and unpaid holiday pay) £865.38 breach of contract (unpaid notice pay, 4 weeks, May 2023) £3,288.33[2]The Claimant is responsible for any income tax or employee national insurance contributions that may be due on the sums awarded.
