JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the Second Respondent are dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]Upon the First Respondent failing to present an ET3 Grounds of Resistance and pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 it is the judgment of the Tribunal that the Claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is well found and the First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £606.31 for the period from 1 January 2023 to 16 January 2023.[3]The Claimant’s claims relating to her pension payments will be determined later on the papers and without a further hearing.
