The Claimant’s claims of unfair dismissal under Part IX of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and age, sexual orientation, religion/belief, disability and race discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 are struck out.
REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit totalling £200 following a preliminary hearing held on 27/04/2023. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. All the Claimant’s claims are struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 14 July 2023 will not take place.
