JUDGMENT
Neither party having attended or been represented at the hearing, the Tribunal directs and determines that:(1) Pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013, r48, the hearing is converted from a preliminary hearing to a final hearing, the Tribunal being satisfied that no prejudice will result to either party.(2) The claim being on its face out of time and the Claimant having put forward no case to the contrary, the claims are dismissed on the ground that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider them.
