The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 15 December 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant asking for a response by 22 December 2022. The claimant failed to respond to the letter.[2]On 31 January 2023, the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to say it had not received a response to its earlier letter and to ask him if he still wished to pursue his claim. He was told that he should respond by 8 February 2023 and that if he didn’t his claim may be struck out because he had failed to actively pursue it. He did not respond to the letter.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing that was due to take place on 11 May 2023 has been cancelled.
