[1]The claim for race discrimination was withdrawn by the Claimant and is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claims for discrimination arising from disability under S 15 of the Equality Act 2010 (the EQA), indirect discrimination on account of disability under S 19 of the EQA, an alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments under S 20 of the EQA, harassment on account of disability under S 26 of the EQA and victimisation under S 27 of the EQA fail and are dismissed against all Respondents.REASONS
