The claims were listed to be heard today. No response had been presented in respect of either claim. Neither the claimants nor the respondent attended the Tribunal. The Tribunal clerk rang Mr Carvalho. He explained that both claimants were dealing with the matter through ACAS and no longer wished to pursue the employment tribunal proceedings. I therefore decided to strike out both claims on the basis that they are not being actively pursued.
