JUDGMENT

The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The complaint of breach of contract is well-founded. The breach has been remedied by payment and no further remedy arises.[2]The complaints of unfair constructive dismissal, unlawful deduction from wages, discrimination because of age and breach of the equality clause (in the case of like work) are dismissed.[3]The complaint of breach of the equality clause (in the case of work of equal value) is stayed until 8 June 2017, when the Claimant shall inform the Respondent and the Tribunal whether she intends to proceed with that complaint. In the event that the Claimant does not so inform the Respondent and the Tribunal, the Respondent may apply to strike out the complaint under rule 37 of the Rules of Procedure.
