JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr D Pearce, Managing Director, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) By consent, the Respondents are correctly identified as Mason Stonecraft Ltd, and the claim form is amended accordingly.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof the sum of £2,500.(3) The Respondents are ordered to pay to the Claimant a contribution towards his costs in the sum of £260.
