JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr D Pearce, Managing Director, on behalf of the Respondents, it is adjudged that:(1) By consent, the Respondents are correctly identified as Mason Stonecraft Ltd, and the claim form is amended accordingly.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is wellfounded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof the sum of £1,250.(3) The Respondents are ordered to pay to the Claimant a contribution towards his costs in the sum of £260.
